Staff was very kind to help us out when we encountered problems with parking in the hotel. We drove into the indoor parking without knowing it was full and had problems getting the car out. Staff came to direct us to the outdoor affiliated parking.

Children amenities in the yellow bag made me feel that the hotel was so thoughtful, they gave us one more towel for the child which not all hotel does that (not even high stars hotel are so thoughtful). Although intangibles, I really appreciate all the kind gestures from the hotel.

The room size is a bit larger for a budget hotel anywhere in Japan. It has an onsen with complimentary ice cream.

Awesome customer service with some goodies that brought me happiness, like mango pudding, good onsen, amenities and fermented milk after onsen. My stay was very pleasant!

Great location, many restaurants on the same block. Nice onsen facilities. Free noodles in the evening.
